Going Natural: Here's Cream Silk's New Rich Organic Powerfusion Ultra Conditioner (Review)

Cream Silk has always been a part of every Filipino home. Whether you have dry, frizzy, or damaged hair, Cream Silk has you covered. Growing up, I always just switch between the blue and pink ones which are for hair fall and damage control. I can say that this brand is truly the #1 when it comes to hair conditioning.

Harnessing the power of nature, Cream Silk unveils its first-ever conditioner inspired by the best that Mother Earth has to offer: Cream Silk Organic Powerfusion Ultra Conditioner. The brand combines its signature moisturizing technology with organic balms and luxurious natural oils in one product, for naturally luscious hair that blooms with life.

1 week with the new Cream Silk

I received this package a couple of weeks ago and even had an intimate launching event with the brand team and ambassadors. I had about a week to wait for us to share about it so I just decided to try it and make a review out of it.

First off, I just wanna say that I love the packaging! The colors give me that organic vibe. They didn't just send conditioners but it came with moisturizing balms, essential oils, scented candles, and a scarf!

I chose to use the rich moisture variant because my hair is currently kinda dry especially after I had a haircut. My shoulder-length hair has been a little lifeless for the past weeks now.

The Rich Moisture Ultra Conditioner uses shea balm, rose oil, hibiscus, and honeysuckle extracts to smoothen dry and coarse hair, and strengthen it as it grows.

The product has a thick consistency and feels heavy on the palm but feels lightweight after drying my hair. When it comes to rinsing, I don't think it's any different from other variants. It still takes time to wash off but you'll feel the smoothness instantly.

I was able to smell the shea balm right away. Believe me when I say that this conditioner smells mesmerizing! The smell was more on the luxurious and posh side. I feel its softening effect. I mean, Cream Silk really does that. But knowing that it is organic and healthier for my scalp and strands, that's already a big plus plus plus!

Maybe I just wish Cream Silk would have more refill packs so we can reuse their pretty bottles, right? I hope more brands work towards more sustainable projects. But overall, these new products are 9/10 for me!

If you want to get your hands on these new variants just visit the brand's online store. You can also get your own limited edition power of nature kit!
