I finally got some UBE FIX after months of waiting. I always look for Ube or Purple Yam whenever my mom and I go to the market but I usually don't see anyone selling it. Yesterday, I saw someone post about it on Facebook so I ordered instantly. It was so funny because after ordering it, my mom and I went to the market and found people selling Ube for a lower price. Ugh hahaha! But yeah, I'm so glad I got to make my favorite Ube jam/halaya last Saturday.
